Returns & Exchanges

At Milano Di Rouge, we strive for excellence in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print & Package

  Once approved, download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned by the carrier to activate tracking.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email or a confirmation of your exchange shipment.
